What we collect

The Revenue System Fit Check collects the contact, company, workflow, readiness, risk, referral, and campaign information shown in the form. Please do not provide credentials, customer records, regulated data, or confidential technical material.

Why we use it

OptiMatic uses the information to return a fit result, send one personalized acknowledgment, review whether a commercial conversation is appropriate, contact you about that submission, and understand which public channels produce relevant inquiries. Submission does not subscribe you to a newsletter or automated nurture sequence.

Where it is processed

The site and intake endpoint use Cloudflare. Submissions are stored in a private Google Sheet that serves as OptiMatic’s CRM, and Google Workspace sends the acknowledgment. Google and Cloudflare process information under their respective service terms and privacy commitments.

Retention and access

OptiMatic keeps CRM information while it remains useful for the inquiry or resulting business relationship, then removes information that no longer has a legitimate operating purpose. Access is limited to authorized OptiMatic personnel.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion through any OptiMatic email thread connected with your submission. A public privacy contact address will be added once the company alias is confirmed. Legal or contractual retention requirements may limit deletion in specific cases.

Analytics

Cloudflare Web Analytics and Google Analytics may be used to understand aggregate site traffic, performance, and the public channels that lead visitors here. Google Analytics uses Google’s measurement technology under Google’s service terms and privacy commitments. This release does not add advertising pixels, remarketing, campaign-conversion tracking, or Fit Check answer tracking.
